Privacy policy

Last Updated: September 14, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how YIF Trading Limited (“we”) handles personal information when you visit or buy from https://whisyo.com, branded as Whisyo. Using the Site means you have read this Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Who we are

YIF Trading Limited
RM 1001, 10/F, THE CLOUD
111 Tung Chau Street, Tai Kok Tsui
Hong Kong

795 Energy Way, Chula Vista, CA 91911 is used for customer mail and approved returns. It is not a separate U.S. company and does not change who controls the data.

2. Information we collect

You give us: name, email, phone, shipping and billing addresses, order notes, photos attached to a support request, and account passwords if you create an account.

Collected automatically: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring URL, approximate location from IP, cookie identifiers, and server logs.

Payments: card and wallet data are handled by the processor named at checkout. We do not store full card numbers on YIF servers.

From others: delivery scans from carriers; fraud or settlement notices from payment firms tied to an order.

3. How we use it

We use this information to fill orders, pack and track parcels, answer support mail, prevent fraud, keep tax and dispute records, improve the Site, and — if you do not opt out — measure ads and show you more relevant ads on other sites.

4. Who we share it with

Vendors that host the Site, process payments, move parcels, send email, or provide security, analytics, or advertising; professional advisers under confidentiality; a buyer if the shop is sold; and authorities when required.

Those vendors may use data only to perform their work for us, except as their own notices state.

5. Cookies

Essential cookies keep the cart, checkout, and login working. Analytics cookies show which pages are used. Advertising cookies, if turned on, help measure ads and may share identifiers with advertising partners.

You can block cookies in the browser; blocking essential cookies may stop a purchase. Where a banner is shown, use it for non-essential cookies. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat that as an opt-out of sale / sharing / targeted advertising for that browser, as described below.

The Site does not respond to every browser Do Not Track signal.

6. Sale, sharing, and targeted advertising

We do not sell personal information for money.

We may share identifiers and online activity with advertising and analytics partners so we can measure campaigns and show more relevant ads. Under some U.S. state laws, including California, that sharing may be treated as a “sale,” “sharing,” or “targeted advertising.”

You may opt out at https://whisyo.com/pages/data-sharing-opt-out or by emailing service@whisyo.com with the subject line Privacy opt-out. If you visit with a GPC signal enabled, we treat that as an opt-out for that device and browser.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, including California and other U.S. states, you may ask to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of personal information, or to opt out of certain sharing. Email service@whisyo.com. We may need to verify it is you. We will not deny service solely because a privacy right is exercised.

Unsubscribe from marketing in the email footer. Transactional order mail is still sent.

The shop is directed at adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Third-party pages linked from the Site have their own policies.

8. Retention and security

Order, tax, and dispute files are kept as long as bookkeeping and claims reasonably require, then deleted or anonymized. We use HTTPS and limited staff access. No transmission is fully secure. Keep account passwords private.
