These Terms of Service govern access to https://whisyo.com and purchases of Whisyo plush charms. The seller is YIF Trading Limited (“YIF,” “we”).

By browsing or placing an order you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. The seller

Whisyo is a catalog name. Contracts are with YIF Trading Limited, registered at RM 1001, 10/F, THE CLOUD, 111 Tung Chau Street, Tai Kok Tsui, Hong Kong.

795 Energy Way, Chula Vista, CA 91911 is for correspondence and approved returns. It is not a U.S. incorporated entity, not headquarters, and not a factory.

2. The catalog

Listings describe decorative plush bag charms and keychains for ages 14 and older. Country of origin is China unless a product page says otherwise. Color and pile can vary slightly by batch and by screen. Unless a page says otherwise, charms are accessories, not toys certified to a named age grade, and not collectibles with an appraisal. They contain small parts and a metal clip.

We may correct an obvious price or stock error and cancel that line, with a refund of what you paid for it.

3. Accounts and use

You must be 18 or older, or placing an order with a parent or guardian. Information at checkout must be accurate. If you create an account, keep the password confidential and tell us if you think it was used without permission. We may close an account used for fraud, abuse, or resale that violates these Terms.

You may not scrape the Site to build a competing catalog, overload the servers, bypass security, or reuse our photographs and titles as your own listings. Reviews must reflect a real purchase or real use. We may remove content that is false or unlawful.

You receive a limited license to view the Site and to use purchased charms for personal use. No license is granted to copy the catalog commercially.

4. Price and tax

The price payable is the price shown at checkout. Sales tax, when charged, follows the Shipping Policy. The rate shown at checkout is the rate billed.

5. Shipping

We ship only to street addresses in the contiguous United States and Washington, D.C. Free standard shipping applies at a merchandise subtotal of $29.00 before tax; under $29.00 the standard fee is $4.99. Timing, tracking, damage, and lost-parcel rules are in the Shipping Policy.

6. Returns

Returns follow the Refund Policy. Open a request within 30 days of the delivery scan. Wait for written approval before you ship anything to Chula Vista.

7. Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and the products are provided “as is.” We do not warrant uninterrupted access or that every charm will match a photograph in every light. This clause does not limit your rights when we send the wrong item, a defective item, or a pack damaged in transit.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, YIF is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the Site or an order. Total liability tied to an order will not exceed what you paid for that order. Some places do not allow certain limits; there the limit applies only as far as the law allows.

You agree to hold YIF harmless from claims that arise from your misuse of the Site, your breach of these Terms, or content you submit, as far as the law allows.

9. Governing law

These Terms follow the laws of Hong Kong, except that a U.S. buyer keeps all rights that cannot be waived under the consumer statutes of the buyer’s state of residence. Contact service@whisyo.com first.

Subject to rights that cannot be waived, courts in Hong Kong hear disputes that proceed to court, unless a U.S. consumer statute requires another venue. Eligible U.S. consumers may bring those non-waivable claims in their home state.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. The new version carries a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Site after that date means you accept the new version for later visits and orders.
